For Mum
The greatest gift you can give your mum is time with you, and the key to her perfect gift is to make it one you can do together in Camberwell Junction.
Book in a session at Frida’s Sip n’ Paint where she’ll get the chance to paint her own masterpiece over a drop of wine; or sign her up to learn how to make her very own hat for the next family event at Hats Off Handmade Headwear. She’ll absolutely love dinner and a night out at the iconic Rivoli cinema.
If Mum could use a little pampering (and what mother couldn’t), shout her a massage or facial at Luminescence Skin Therapies, or get her some designer perfume from Chemist Warehouse.
For Dad
Is Dad a bit of a wine buff? PS Wine Selections offers appointment-only, bespoke wine services that are part social, part educational and all things wine. Is coffee more his speed? Grab some speciality coffee beans from Crimson Coffee.
If fitness is his thing, you can’t do better than a membership to GoodLife Health Clubs, and if Dad has discovered the cycling craze, pick up clothes and bike accessories at Bike Gallery.
For your brother
If your brother’s car is his passion, you’ll find a great gift at Camberwell Junction’s Autobarn, but if he’s more your quiet, studious type, grab the latest best-seller from Cook & Young Booksellers.
For the brother who’s into slaying dragons or building empires online, gaming presents can be found at JB Hi-Fi, but if music is his passion, you can’t go past Music Junction.
For your sister
Check out Camberwell Antique Centre for something special, like a brooch or stunning ornament, or pick a clothing item or the latest accessory from Blue Illusion or Carolina Lifestyle.
If she’s a fitness buff she’ll love anything from Lululemon Athletica, and if she’s all about the tan and the lashes, a gift card from Beauty and Bronze will hit the mark.
For the kids
Christmas is all about kids, and for kids it’s all about the toys! Pick up a wide range of toys for kids of all ages at Kmart, and for wooden toys that are set to become family heirlooms, browse the range at Antique Toy World.
For kids who love creating, pick up a stack of ideas at Kidstuff, and for those teens looking for retro fun and fashion, you’ll find a gift to hit the mark at Salvos.
For Grandma and Grandpa
The one thing grandparents love is spending time with their grandchildren. Give them the gift of time together by taking them out for tea and cake at Choclatte or Laurent Patisserie.
Gift them a luxurious night’s sleep with quality linen from Abode Living or find the most gorgeous stationery at Paper Republic, for those times when only a card or letter will do.
For friends and colleagues
They’re often the most tricky to buy gifts for, and you probably have a few on your gift list, so what you need are stores with a wide range of presents at various price points.
Camberwell Junction’s T2 has a great range of speciality teas and tea accessories; select a piece of cookware, kitchenware, or tabletop decoration at Minimax; some quality notepads, pens, desktop decor at Officeworks; or you can curate individual baskets of goodies from The Gift Bargain Store.
You simply cannot go wrong with food, so choose from a selection of treats from the Chocolate Box, or gourmet foods from the vendors at Camberwell Fresh Food Market.
Thanks to the Camberwell Junction Christmas gift guide, you’re sorted for gift ideas this festive season!
