There are more than 3,000 car parking spaces in Camberwell. Large open and undercover parking sites are located on the east and west sides of Burke Road, between the junction and the intersection of Prospect Hill Road, Harold Street and Burke Road. These are free two-hour spaces with some one-hour.
The multi-deck car park located on the west (city side) also offers free three-hour parking on the upper level and all day metered parking on the lower level.
Burke Road has one-hour meters and some all-day meters are available on Camberwell Road and Cookson Street.
Camberwell Place shopping centre
Camberwell Place shopping centre has on-site car parking available underground and on the upper levels. Your car registration will be scanned on entry and you can pay via the ticket machines or as you exit. Parking is free for 30 minutes (or for 2 hours with validation dockets when shopping at Coles or for Goodlife Health Club members), then an hourly rate. There is discounted all-day parking on the top floor only (entry from the ramp, Harold Street end). You can find electric charging stations on the mid-level.
