Meet Santa at Rotary Camberwell Sunday Market on December 10

It’s a decades-long tradition close to the heart of Melburnians, and a Sunday morning spent at the much-loved Rotary Camberwell Sunday Market is set to hit peak excitement on December 10 when it comes alive with Christmas celebrations!

The Rotary Camberwell Sunday Market Christmas celebration is a must-do Christmas activity for all the family that combines the fun of searching for hidden treasures and hard-to-find items.

So come on down, search for a beautiful pre-loved gift for a loved one (or a few treats for yourself) and enjoy the sights and sounds of your favourite Sunday market.

Here’s what’s on:

Snap a selfie with Santa

The only thing Santa loves more than a selfie is a selfie with the folks he’s planning to visit on Christmas Eve!

On Sunday, December 10, between 9am and 12pm, Santa will make a special appearance at Rotary Camberwell Sunday Market, for a special selfie-sesh with anyone who wants a festive happy snap.

Dress up in your favourite Christmas outfit, decorate your dogs, or just come as you are and pose in front of our festive wall!

Face painting

It’s the one time of the year when face painting goes next level.

Fancy being Rudolph? What about an elf? Maybe you just want to adorn your face with Christmas trees, baubles, stars and tinsel? Our talented face painters have special Christmas designs the kids (and grown-ups) will love.

Giveaways

At Rotary Camberwell Sunday Market, Christmas presents aren’t just for the kids! Throughout the day, vendors from stores right across the shopping precinct will be handing out vouchers providing discounts and specials at their stores.

Use the vouchers to slash your Christmas gift expenses or treat yourself to something special this festive season – get your hands on several and you can do both!

Find Santa's reindeer around Camberwell Junction

Find Rudolph

He’s the most famous reindeer in the world, known for his shiny red nose and festive cheekiness, and guiding Santa on those foggy Christmas Eves.

This Christmas, Rudolph is all over Camberwell Junction! If you find him, you’ll go into the draw to win a prize that will make for a merry Christmas indeed. Grab the kids and take them on a hunt around the precinct – it makes for a great family activity.

Here’s how it works: Rudolph will appear on posters in shop windows right across the precinct. All you need to do is answer the question that matches the poster and you’ll go into the draw to win a $500 shopping voucher. Simple! All our other favourite reindeer are also celebrated on posters and if you can spot them, let us know too. Every unique reindeer poster that you find will enter you into our bonus prize draw.
