At Talking Sleep Psychology, we are passionate about supporting people of all ages to sleep better and to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
We provide the gold standard, evidence-based treatment – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) – from a compassion focused approach. Our support is tailored to help you understand the root cause of your concerns and offers practical solutions to sleep better and thereby live better.
Our team can assist with a range of mental health concerns, including insomnia, nightmares, and parasomnias, as well as anxiety and depression. We provide clients with strategies and support to build resilience and self-confidence. We offer in-person and Telehealth sessions, as well as group programs and art therapy.
