Thank you to all the local business owners and guests who attended the Camberwell Business Forum on Thursday, March 20.

We gathered at Overture, where we enjoyed drinks, nibbles and networking. We then heard from our guest speaker Adam Axon, of Give A Damn, who shared how lean product thinking improves your team’s performance.

3. Continuous improvement: Teams win not through effort alone, but by improving their approach every day.
4. Accountability: The best teams balance trust and accountability.
5. Start small, move fast: Momentum comes from action, not waiting for the perfect moment.
