You’re invited to join us for Kylie and Dannii Day on Sunday, October 29 to celebrate the Minogue sisters and their connection to Camberwell.
The event will run from 8am – 12pm at the Rotary Camberwell Sunday Market and include a variety of live entertainment, music, lip-sync performances, trivia, a fashion parade, photo wall and more.
The famous sisters grew up in Camberwell, attended nearby schools, and now also live in the local area – all great reasons to celebrate the duo in Camberwell Junction.
The pop icons will be celebrated through a series of acts by some of Melbourne’s most prestigious performers – Gabriella Labucci, Brenda Bressed and Della Katessen – who will entertain the audience with lip-syncs and other creative shows. There will be a special performance by Melbourne’s most famous Kylie impersonator, Millie Minogue. DJ Argonaut will also play all your favourite Kylie and Dannii tracks on the day.
We encourage you to dress up in your favourite Kylie or Dannii costume to go in the running to win some great prizes. Whether it’s ‘Spinning Around’ Kylie or ‘This Is It’ Dannii, we want to see your best look-alike creations.
On the day there will also be entertainers roaming the market and the broader Camberwell Junction precinct, as well as activities to delight attendees.

Camberwell Junction traders association manager Kerry Daly said the event will be all-inclusive and everyone is welcome to attend.
“Both Kylie and Dannii are such well-loved Australian pop icons and their connection to Camberwell gives us a great reason to celebrate them,” she said.
“We’re excited to offer a positive, uplifting and inclusive event for our local community to enjoy, and we hope you can join us.”
Rotary Camberwell Sunday Market spokesperson Kevin Walsh said the celebration of Kylie and Dannii is as much a celebration of the market.
“Rumour has it that Kylie’s stylist found her famous gold hot pants, which she wore in the music video for Spinning Around, right here at the Camberwell Sunday Market,” he said.
“Celebrating both Kylie and Dannii at our wonderful Camberwell Sunday Market, along with our Camberwell Junction community, will be a fun and enjoyable day for everyone.”
