What’s New: December 2014

CHRISTMAS COMES TO CAMBERWELL

It’s December already so no doubt the stress levels are rising but don’t forget to take some time out for what’s truly important and that’s celebrating the season.

Join us on Saturday December 13 for Family Day at the Camberwell shopping precinct. The balloons are out, there’s music and entertainment in the streets, take your own photos with the jolly man in red and even join him for rides around the streets in an antique fire engine with Fireman Rob. [This has become a bit a Camberwell tradition each year for many families, as has the Where’s Rudolf treasure hunt with a chance to win $500].

The Salvation Army Band play so bring some coins for the collection, the shops will have carols playing and the Fresh Food Market has community day celebrations. In The Well shopping centre you can dress up for a unique photo with friends, learn some tips at the cooking demonstrations and if you take your gifts to the wrapping station they will do it for you for a gold coin donation to charity.

With over 400 stores it’s easy to get all the gifts you need without the hassle of the busy shopping malls and maybe bump into the neighbours to stop for a quick festive catch up.

Camberwell traders thank you for your support and wish you all a safe and happy festive season.

If you find a poster of Rudolph himself you could winn the Grand prize of a $500 Shopping voucher! There are bonus prizes too so the more reindeer you find the more chances to win! How many can you find?
