Congratulations to the winners of Camberwell Culinary Awards 2023.
In our second year of running the awards, members of the public voted for their favourite food venues in Camberwell Junction.
Cafes, restaurants, eateries and other food outlets were nominated in the following categories:
- Best Coffee
- Best Brunch
- Best Sweet Treat
- Best Drinking Spot
- Best Casual Dining
- Best Fine Dining
- Best Takeaway
- Best Healthy Option
The winning traders have been announced and you can view them below.
The winner of Best Coffee is: Choclatte.
The winner of Best Brunch is: Cafe Kusina.
The winner of Best Sweet Treat is: Glenferrie Crepe Cafe Camberwell.
The winner of Best Drinking Spot is: La Cabra.
The winner of Best Casual Dining is: Con Noi Italian Trattoria.
The winner of Best Fine Dining is: Georges Restaurant.
The winner of Best Takeaway is: Provence Artisan Bakers.
The winner of Best Healthy Option is: Boost Juice.
Awards show ‘excellent standard of food’ in Camberwell Junction
Many of the winners in the Camberwell Culinary Awards are independently owned and operated businesses. They have a keen passion for creating good food and offering service with a smile.
Camberwell Centre Traders’ Association manager Kerry Daly said the Camberwell Culinary Awards was a great initiative to acknowledge the diverse food options available in the Camberwell Junction precinct.
“These awards truly show the excellent range and standard of food available in Camberwell Junction. We’re very proud to be able to offer such a diverse mix of food, from everyday cafes to fine dining restaurants and convenient takeaway options,” she said.
“The community really got behind the Camberwell Culinary Awards by casting their votes, and it’s pleasing to see such strong support for our local businesses.”
