A Canadian geologist has opened a food outlet in the Camberwell Fresh Food Market. Not any food outlet….a simple, small licensed venue where fresh Tasmanian Atlantic salmon is cured and smoked on site.
For over 30 years, Tom has been supplying many of Melbourne’s top restaurants (“Tom Cooper makes good chefs look great”, John Lethlean, Gourmet Traveller) with a whole plethora of cold smoked products – fish, fowl, vegetables and cheeses. At Stall 23, the Salmon is sold by the slice to take home, or may be enjoyed in a fresh bagel or sourdough croissant – eat in or takeaway.
A selection of 3 sparkling and 2 still whites are available by the glass. Catering is available. Enjoy Australia’s best smoked Salmon at Shop 23, just off Riversdale Road.
