Dymocks Camberwell is a family operated store and proud to be part of the local community. With friendly staff, personalised recommendations, large children’s section and ‘hard to find’ book search service. They also carry an extensive range of quirky gifts, calendars and cards.
Dymocks runs regular events featuring local and international authors, celebrities, sports stars and politicians promoting their books, including ‘Meet the Author‘ evenings at local venues. They often have a large selection of autographed books for sale.
The First Tuesday Book Club is held a local restaurant each week. You are not expected to all read one book, just join fellow book lovers to discuss books generally and meet local guest authors over drinks and nibbles.

First Tuesday each month 6.30 to 8.15pm
Dymocks Camberwell host a book club with a difference each month. You don't have read a specific book, just come along and talk about any book with your fellow book lovers. Special guest authors are also on hand to share their stories plus nibbles and drinks are provided. Held upstairs at local restaurant Barolo, tickets are $15 via Eventbrite or you can contact Dymocks Camberwell in Camberwell Place directly to secure your place.

Tom & his daughter Meg Keneally will be talking about their latest book collaboration at a lunch event hosted by Dymocks Camberwell, to support a family friend who has Motor Neurone Disease [ALS]. First Tuesday each month
Dymocks First Tuesday bookclub is held at local Camberwell restaurant Barolo. Local authors talk about their books and invite the group to chat about any books they would like to discuss. There is NO SET BOOK. Come to listen, or talk about whatever you have recently been reading - no pressure!
